Overview
Short Video Studio is a private video production tool operated by MZGS. It lets an authorized user create videos and publish them to a YouTube channel they choose to connect. This policy explains what information the service handles and why.
Information we process
When you connect YouTube, Google provides an authorization token and basic information about the selected channel, including its channel ID and title. The service also processes the video files, titles, descriptions, privacy settings, audience settings, and scheduling choices you provide for publication.
The service does not receive or store your Google password.
How information is used
YouTube information is used only to show the connected channel, upload videos you direct the service to publish, apply the publication settings you select, and display the status and history of those uploads. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training generalized artificial intelligence models.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens, channel details, upload records, and video project files are stored on the application server and protected from public access. Access to the production workspace requires authentication. We retain this information while it is needed to operate the service or until you disconnect the channel or request deletion.
Sharing
We send video content and publication metadata to YouTube only when you request an upload. We do not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers only as needed to host and operate the service, or disclosed when required by law.
Google API Services
Short Video Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your controls and deletion
You can disconnect YouTube from the studio to revoke the stored authorization and remove the local connection. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google Account connections. To request deletion of stored account information, upload records, or project files, email mzgsdev@gmail.com. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
